Privacy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to sell you a licence, let you activate it, and keep the service running. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and our analytics cannot identify you.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, served from our own domain. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data — only aggregate page views and referrers. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing identifies you.

If you create an account

We store:

• Your name and email address
• A hash of your password — never the password itself
• Your licence keys, plan and status
• For each activated device: a machine fingerprint, a device name, and when it was last seen. The fingerprint identifies the machine, not you
• An activity log of account and licence events — sign-ins, activations, payment outcomes — with timestamps, used for support and abuse prevention

We do not store IP addresses in our database.

Payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your wallet keys. We record the amount, currency, payment status and the payment identifier so we can match a payment to your licence. NOWPayments handles the transaction itself under their own privacy policy.

Email

If you join our mailing list we store your email address and where you signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately. Account emails — verification, licence delivery — are sent regardless of mailing list status because they are part of the service.

Infrastructure

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf and provides bot protection on our forms via Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and protecting the site.

Your data

You can see and manage your licences and devices from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email [email protected] and we will action it. We keep account and payment records for as long as your licence is valid and for as long afterwards as we need them for accounting purposes.
