Refund Policy

Try before you buy — then know exactly where you stand if something is wrong.

In one sentence

We do not offer refunds for change of mind — but if IkaSolver does not do what we explicitly say it does on this site, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Try the demo first

The browser demo is free and needs no account. It runs the real solver interface against pre-computed solutions, including the Trainer. Please use it before buying — it is the best way to know whether IkaSolver suits how you study.

Why we work this way

Licences are delivered immediately and are perpetual — you pay once and keep the software, including future updates. Payments are made in cryptocurrency, which is irreversible by design. Because the product is delivered in full the moment you buy, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or decided you did not need it after all.

When we will refund you

If the software does not do something we explicitly claim it does, that is on us. That includes:

  • A solver mode or feature we advertise does not work as described
  • Your licence key cannot be activated and we cannot resolve it
  • The software does not run on a platform we list as supported — macOS, Windows or Linux
  • You were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not authorise

Get in touch and we will try to fix the problem first. If we cannot, we will refund you.

What is not covered

  • Changing your mind, or buying the wrong tier by mistake
  • Hardware that is slower than you hoped. Solve times depend on your own machine and on how large a tree you build
  • Wanting a feature we have never claimed to have. If you are unsure whether something is supported, ask us before buying

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] or use the contact page. Include your licence key and a description of what is not working. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where local law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies regardless of what this page says.
